一般描述
碱性磷酸酶（ALP）是一种水解酶。小牛肠粘膜中的碱性磷酸酶是高活性形式。小牛肠碱性磷酸酶是二聚体糖蛋白，分子量约为 140kDa。
应用
来自小牛肠的碱性磷酸酶已被用作碱性磷酸酶测定的标准。
生化/生理作用
碱性磷酸酶（ALP）负责从许多类型的分子（例如核苷酸、蛋白质和生物碱）中除去 5-和 3-位的磷酸基团。它还可以通过催化脂质 A 结构的去磷酸化来修饰脂多糖，从而降低脂多糖的毒性。
