General description

MISSION LentiPlex混合文库结合MISSION TRC shRNA集合和Sigma慢病毒生产经验的优势,为研究人员提供覆盖全基因组的RNAi筛选。LentiPlex混合系统对非分裂和原代细胞系的递送和长期基因沉默能力更强,探索潜能无限。方便易用的形式让研究人员可在最少的试剂、时间或固定设备投入下,实现快速的全基因组RNAi筛选。

MISSION LentiPlex Complete Human shRNA Pooled Library(人类shRNA混合完整文库)是通过专有流程生产的覆盖全基因组的慢病毒池(慢病毒载体shRNA文库)。文库共有125,000多个来自TRC集合的shRNA构建体,针对2万多个人类基因。每个文库在放行前都经过部分shRNA检测,确保稳健的文库覆盖。文库为即用型慢病毒,滴度在5 x 108 TU/ml以上(p24蛋白检测法),预分为16个亚池,每个亚池约含6,000-8,000个shRNA构建体。另提供下游目标基因鉴定用的扩增和测序引物。
