Monoclonal Anti-HLA-DR-DP antibody produced in mouse

The antibody HL-38 recognizes common epitope on beta-chain of human HLA-DR and HLA-DP. DR and DP are the isotypes of human MHC Class II molecules expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APC; dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages).

The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis. Suggested working dilution for Flow Cytometry is 2-8 μg/mL of sample. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.
