In multiciliated epithelial cells, RhoA (ras homolog family member A) controls the actin network dynamics. It also modulates membrane protrusion and contractility in the cell body. RhoA is one of the essential factor for Ras transformation. It is associated with cancer metastasis.

Anti-RHOA Antibody detects endogenous levels of total RHOA protein.
RhoA (ras homolog family member A) belongs to the Rho GTPase family of proteins. It is located on human chromosome 3p21.31.
