General description

GLUR1/GRIA1 (glutamate ionotropic receptor AMPA type subunit 1) is located on human chromosome 5q33.2. It is expressed mainly in brain areas.

Immunogen

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human GluR1.

Immunogen Range: 816-865

Physical form

Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
