General description
抗IV型胶原抗体可检测总内源性IV型胶原蛋白水平。
COL4A1（IV型胶原蛋白α1链）属于胶原蛋白家族。它具有N末端7S结构域、C末端球状结构域(NC1)，以及包含Gly-X-Y重复短暂中断的中心三螺旋结构域。它是基底膜IV型胶原的重要成分。COL4A1基因位于人类染色体13q34上。
