HA标签（Y-P-Y-D-V-P-D-Y-A）来源于流感血凝素（HA）蛋白的表位（氨基酸98-106）。HA标签被用作许多重组蛋白表达载体的一般表位标签。HA标签的存在有助于检测、分离和纯化重组融合蛋白。
