一般描述
离子钙结合衔接子分子1（IBA1），又称同种异体移植炎症因子1（AIF1），定位于人类染色体 6p21.33。其编码分子量为 17 kDa的蛋白，包含与钙结合的EF手基序。IBA1 在肺、扁桃体、淋巴结和脾脏中表达。此外，也在巨噬细胞和神经胶质细胞中表达。

生化/生理作用
离子钙结合衔接分子1（IBA1）与纤丝状肌动蛋白（F-肌动蛋白）和 L-丝束蛋白相互作用。受伤期间，其表达受到调节。炎症细胞因子也诱导 IBA1 表达。IBA1 表达与冠状动脉血管病变（CAV）的移植排斥有关。它在肝细胞癌中高表达，或能作为潜在的标志物和治疗靶标。滑液和外周血单核细胞中 AIF1 的表达增加与类风湿关节炎有关。
