应用

- 标准品，评估粗丝胶提取物的物理化学和生物学特性

丝胶蛋白作为胶粘合剂来保持茧的完整结构。丝胶蛋白的强极性侧链基团会影响其物理和生物特性。研究表明，丝胶蛋白具有多种生物功能，如抗氧化和抗酪氨酸酶活性、刺激胶原蛋白的产生，以促进伤口愈合、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗衰老和抗菌作用。众所周知，它可促进控释药物生物材料的稳定性并延长释放时间。丝胶蛋白对于哺乳动物细胞的培养具有多种有益特性。
特点和优势
- 丝胶蛋白具有冷冻保护属性，可替代冷冻保存培养基中的胎牛血清（FBS）。
- 1% 丝胶蛋白(w/v)以及0.5% (w/v)麦芽糖、0.3% (w/v)脯氨酸、0.3% (w/v)谷氨酰胺和10%DMSO与90%FBS和10%DMSO相当。
