生化/生理作用
D-核酮糖1,5-二磷酸羧化酶(RUBISCO,核酮糖二磷酸羧化酶)的激活依赖Rubisco激活酶和分子伴侣。它参与植物光吸收事件,可催化核酮糖1,5-二磷酸的羧化和加氧。Rubisco酶的羧化活性受脱落酸抑制。
单位定义
在pH 7.8、25°C条件下,一单位可在每分钟将1.0 μmole的D-RuDP和CO2转化为2.0 μmole的D-3-磷酸甘油酸酯。
