General description

罗丹明 B 异硫氰酸酯（RhBITC）是一种有机荧光染料，在各种生物应用中，广泛地用作荧光标签。RhBITC 吸附在二氧化硅或聚苯乙烯珠粒的Ag 上。它不仅表现出强烈的表面增强拉曼散射（SERS）信号，还表现出可测量的荧光量。RhBITC 改性的Ag 沉积二氧化硅或聚苯乙烯珠粒在乙醇中能很好地分散。它们也易于在水中被聚电解质包被，以便进一步衍生出可与靶分子相结合的目标生物分子。
