一般描述
GlycoProfile™ IV 试剂盒使用了去糖基化系统中的三氟甲磺酸（TFMS），可完全去除N- 和O-连接聚糖，同时保护蛋白质或多肽结构。TFMS作用下的糖蛋白水解使得蛋白质分解量达到最小，同时消除了聚糖的释放。反应条件经过优化，无需清除剂即可在30分钟内使简单或低分子量糖蛋白脱糖基。对于高分子量或复杂的非哺乳动物糖蛋白，以无水茴香醚为清除剂可以得到高蛋白质产率。
