一般描述

单克隆抗p53(小鼠IgG2a同种型)来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞(SP2细胞)和重组人野生型p53免疫的BALB/c小鼠脾细胞融合产生的DO-1杂交瘤 。 p53基因位于人染色体17p上。该基因编码在正常组织中表达的肿瘤抑制蛋白。
