Biochem/physiol Actions

General description

抗p53（小鼠Ig2a同种型）单克隆抗体分离自BP53-12杂交瘤，该杂交瘤通过融合小鼠骨髓瘤细胞和重组人野生型p53 蛋白免疫的BALB/c小鼠脾细胞产生。肿瘤抑制基因TP53（基因）编码转录因子。TP53基因定位于人染色体 17p13.1。人野生型 p53 蛋白是一种 393 个氨基酸的核磷蛋白，存在于所有正常哺乳动物细胞的细胞核中。
