一般描述
磷酸盐缓冲盐水（PBS）是一种等渗缓冲溶液。这种水基盐溶液含有磷酸氢二钠、氯化钠，在某些制剂中含有氯化钾和磷酸二氢钾。PBS通常用于生物学研究。
应用
