JumpStart REDTaq ReadyMix PCR Reaction Mix for High Throughput PCR is formulated with REDTaq Genomic DNA polymerase for amplification of more complex templates and genomic templates. This mix contains optimized enzyme and dye concentrations to provide increased length and yield on the more difficult templates.

For amplification with reduced non-specific amplification
For high throughput PCR amplification of complex templates
In the amplification of primers developed for the pathogenicity-associated genes of Clavibacter michiganensis[1]
For PCR amplification of the human TMPRSS6 gene[2]
