4-硝基苯基磷酸二钠盐六水(pNPP)是测定蛋白质酪氨酸磷酸酶活性的非蛋白质和非特异性底物。pNPP水解后会生成p-硝基酚。它是碱性磷酸酶常见的显色底物。
