General description
Ham′s营养混合物主要是为支持中国仓鼠卵细胞、HeLa细胞和小鼠L细胞的克隆生长而研制。也可用于原代大鼠肝细胞和大鼠前列腺上皮细胞的生长。Ham′s F-12是基于CHO细胞的克隆毒性分析的常用培养基。
Application
Ham F-12营养混合物已用于:
- 培养过表达胰岛素受体的中国仓鼠卵巢细胞(CHO-IR)
- 培养LAN-1细胞
- 维持SUM149、SUM159、SUM190、FC-IBC02、BCX010和IBC3细胞
