生化/生理作用

β-烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸2′-磷酸(NADP+)和β-烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸2′-磷酸还原(NADPH)组成辅酶氧化还原对 (NADP+:NADPH) ,参与广泛的酶催化氧化还原反应。NADP+/NADPH氧还对在合成代谢反应,比如脂类和胆固醇生物合成以及脂肪酰链延伸中帮助电子传递。 NADP+/NADPH氧还对用于多种抗氧化机制,保护抵抗活性氧化簇积累。NADPH在体内是通过磷酸戊糖途径(PPP)产生的。
