在pH 8.8,37℃条件下,一个单元可每分钟从天然DNA产生1.0μmole的酸可溶性多核苷酸,对于混合核苷酸来说基于EM/260 = 10,000 。
其他说明
注意:1μmole单位 = 约85 A260 单位,其中A260单位相当于在pH 8.8,37℃条件下,在3.55 mL反应体积中,30分钟内ΔA260为1.0。光路= 1cm。
