应用
萘酚AS-BI磷酸二钠水合物用于：
- 抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)染色，以检测破骨细胞活性
- Tris-HCl染色细胞的组成部分，以测定碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性
- 进行碱性磷酸酶反应

色酚AS-BI（7-溴代-3- 羟基-2-萘酚-o-茴香胺）可用作测定碱性和酸性磷酸酶的底物。也可用于测定单细胞酸性磷酸酶的活性。
