生化/生理作用

ββ--NADPH是由磷酸戊糖途径产生的还原形式的NADP+。作为还原力来源,在生物合成的还原反应中将H+和2 e 转移至氧化前体中。它是谷胱甘肽还原酶、二乙酰还原酶、二氢叶酸还原酶、谷氨酸脱氢酶、对羟基苯甲酸羟化酶、NADPH-FMN氧化还原酶、硝酸还原酶和硫氧还蛋白还原酶等酶发挥催化活性的必需辅酶。它也是细胞色素P450 电子传递系统的一部分。
NADPH是许多氧化还原酶(包括一氧化氮合成酶)的电子供体和辅助因子。
