一般描述

原理

通过使用独特的荧光焦磷酸传感器测定样品的焦磷酸浓度,其中焦磷酸的存在导致产生与焦磷酸成比例的荧光产物 (λex = 316/λem = 456 nm)。该检测方法比传统的基于酶的方法更简单、更耐用,是筛选酶活性或酶抑制剂的理想方法。
