General description

Application
本试剂盒适于检测哺乳动物细胞中的线粒体跨膜电势差(MMP)，并可用于在酶标仪上筛选凋亡抑制剂及激活剂等。
线粒体膜电位试剂盒已用于测量线粒体膜电位。
Biochem/physiol Actions
该试剂盒利用 JC-10，一种优于JC-1的替代品，用于测定细胞中MMP的损失。尽管 JC-1在许多实验室中被广泛使用，但是当其在较高浓度下使用时，其水溶性差通常会导致水性缓冲液沉淀。在较高浓度下，JC-10 表现出比 JC-1 更高的水溶性。与JC-1 类似，JC-10是一种阳离子亲脂性染料，其浓缩并在具有极化线粒体膜的细胞线粒体中形成可逆的红色荧光 JC-10 聚集体（λex = 540/λem = 590 nm）。在凋亡细胞中，MMP 崩溃导致 JC-10 无法保留在线粒体中，并使染料返回到单体绿色荧光形式（λex = 490/λem = 525 nm）。该试剂盒可用于监测细胞凋亡和筛选凋亡抑制剂和激活剂。
