原理
过氧化物酶负责催化H2O2和探针之间的反应,生成与氧化物酶活性成正比的比色(570 nm)/荧光 (λex = 535/λem = 587 nm)产物。一单位过氧化物酶相当于在37℃条件下还原1.0 μmole H2O2所需的酶量。
