原理
乌头酸酶活性检测试剂盒提供了一种测量各种样品中的乌头酸酶活性的简单、直接的方法。在偶联酶反应中测定乌头酸酶活性,在该反应中柠檬酸盐被乌头酸酶转化为了异柠檬酸。因此,比色(450nm)产物与酶活性的量成正比。一个单位的乌头酸酶是指在 25℃,pH 7.4条件下每分钟将异柠檬酸异构化产生 1.0 μmole 柠檬酸盐的酶量。
