一般描述
IgG 包含 4 个多肽链,由 2 条相同的 50 kDa γ 重(H)链和 2 条相同的 25 kDa κ或 λ 轻(L)链组成,它们通过链间二硫键连接。IgG 有 4 种同种型 IgG1、IgG2、IgG3 和 IgG4。
应用
山羊抗小鼠 IgG(Fab 特异性)抗体可用于人血小板因子 4(PF4)和抗 PF4 单克隆抗体的表达和纯化。
山羊抗小鼠 IgG(Fab 特异性)抗体可用作免疫细胞化学染色中的二抗(1:10 稀释)。
生化/生理作用
IgG 激活补体系统的经典途径。它中和病毒颗粒和毒素。IgG在抗体依赖性细胞介导的细胞毒性(ADCC)中起着至关重要的作用。它的血清半衰期最长,可能与过敏相关。
IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中最丰富的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌,存在于血液和细胞外液中。它可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG可通过胎盘转移至胎儿,胎盘对新生儿免疫防御感染至关重要。
