一般描述
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）属于免疫球蛋白家族，是一种广泛表达的血清抗体。免疫球蛋白由两条重链和两条轻链通过二硫键连接而成。它是一种糖蛋白。IgG是一种主要的免疫球蛋白。具有五种类型的免疫球蛋白 - IgM，IgG，IgA，IgD和IgE。小鼠IgG进一步分为五类 - IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG3。
特异性
结合小鼠IgG；不结合其他小鼠Igs。
应用
山羊生产的抗小鼠IgG（Fc特异性）抗体已用于酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）、免疫荧光分析/荧光激活细胞分选（FACS）分析。
生化/生理作用
IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中最丰富的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌，存在于血液和细胞外液中，可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG可通过胎盘转移至胎儿，胎盘对新生儿免疫防御感染至关重要。
免疫球蛋白G（IgG）参与II型和III型超敏反应。它主要用于帮助免疫防御。IgG有助于调理素作用、补体结合和抗体依赖型细胞介导的细胞毒性作用。
