General description
由于灵敏、简单且精确，几十年来Lowry法一直是定量测定可溶性蛋白的首选方案。微量Lowry 法的Peterson′改进法是一种简单、快速、客观、适用性更广的方法。在这种操作方法中，先是将十二烷基硫酸钠（SDS）与Lowry 试剂混合，从而使较为不溶的脂蛋白溶解。
Application
Lowry试剂已被用于定量测定胞外聚合物物质（EPS）中的蛋白质含量。它还用于定量测定黑腹果蝇的总蛋白和线粒体蛋白。
用于蛋白质测定。可利用SDS促进相对不溶的脂蛋白的溶解。
Preparation Note
用去离子水重新配制成40mL。
