  • 测定水稻质体丙酮酸酶OsPK2的丙酮酸激酶(PK)活性

生化/生理作用

肌型乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)参与多种代谢途径,是无氧糖酵解的必需活性成分。乳酸脱氢酶活性可被抗坏血酸抑制。乳酸脱氢酶可从NADH中再生烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD+),工业上可用于生产聚乳酸。在无氧条件下,LDH 参与发酵反应,催化丙酮酸生成乳酸,并将烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸 (NADH) 氧化为NAD+。因此,LDH 可介导NAD+基础无氧糖酵解途径。通过这一途径,LDH 有助于在缺氧的情况下维持细胞的生理和生化功能。
其还可催化其他L-2-羟基单羧酸的氧化。

单位定义

在pH 7.5、37 °C条件下,一单位酶每分钟可将1.0 μmole丙酮酸还原成L-乳酸。
