Biochem/physiol Actions
L -乳酸脱氢酶催化 L -乳酸转化为 L -丙酮酸，同时还原 NAD + 为 NADH 和 H + 。
在缺氧和无氧条件下，L-乳酸转化为L-丙酮酸至关重要，尤其是当通过氧化磷酸化合成三磷酸腺苷（ATP）被中断时。
General description
LDH（乳酸脱氢酶），一种糖酵解酶，尤其存在于骨骼肌、心脏、肝脏、肾脏、大脑、肺和红细胞中。它有五种同工酶形式。LDH具有四聚体结构。
