应用
基于玉米种子提取物进行ELISA 时（工作抗体稀释度1:200），抗人κ轻链（结合和游离）-FITC 抗体用作二抗。使用NSO/1骨髓瘤细胞、HEK293细胞和小鼠血浆进行ELISA时，使用1-2 μg/ml的抗体浓度。制备抗莠去津免疫传感器时，该抗体还用于包被电极表面。
