单克隆抗人 IgG2（Fc 特异性）抗体可通过使用血凝 (HA)、血凝抑制 (HAI)、印迹免疫固定 (IIF) 和颗粒计数免疫测定 (PACIA) 等不同的免疫测定法检测 IgG2 亚类。也可用于免疫组织学试验。
Biochem/physiol Actions
IgG2免疫球蛋白是一种146 kDa的IgG亚型，介导对细菌荚膜多糖抗原的免疫应答。IgG2缺陷会增加某些细菌感染的风险。在所有IgG亚型中，IgG2对Fcγ受体（FcγR）的亲和力最低。IgG2以三种形式存在，即IgG2-A、IgG2-B和IgG2-A/B。它们显示出抗原结合片段结构域（Fab）和铰链区的排列变化。
单克隆抗人 IgG2 对 IgG2 亚类具有特异性，在 ELISA 中与 IgG1、IgG3 和 IgG4 不反应。

General description
IgG是存在于血浆和细胞外液中的主要抗体类型，在B细胞膜上表达。IgG可进一步细分为IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4四个亚类，分别占总IgG的65%、30%、5%和4%。IgG2对多糖抗原进行应答。人IgG2（Fc特异性）单克隆抗体可用于间接ELISA和免疫荧光测定（IFMA）。小鼠抗人IgG2（Fc特异性）抗体与人IgG2特异性反应，但不与其他IgG亚类反应。

Physical form
本品以腹水形式提供，含 15 mm 叠氮化钠作为防腐剂。
Preparation Note
需要连续使用时，可在 2-8°C 下储存一个月。对于更长期的储存，溶液可以冷冻成工作等分试样。不建议重复冷冻和解冻。不建议储存在“无霜”冰箱中。如果长期储存时出现轻微混浊，使用前通过离心澄清。
