General description

IgE是一类只能由哺乳动物生产的免疫球蛋白。IgE 是由肥大细胞出于对过敏原的响应而分泌，对于针对寄生虫的免疫十分重要。它也是过敏反应或一型高血压的病理生理学中最重要的因子。当与纯化人IgA、IgG、IgM、本周氏κ和本周氏κ蛋白共同测试时，该产品只和人IgE反应。通过免疫电泳鉴定免疫球蛋白及其纯度。
