一般描述

单克隆抗-人IgG2(小鼠 IgG1亚型)来源于小鼠骨髓瘤细胞与免疫小鼠脾细胞融合产生的杂交瘤。人IgG由四个亚类组成。

特异性

该抗体对人 IgG2 具有特异性,与其他 IgG 亚类不反应。该克隆已被 IUIS/WHO 研究挑选出为应用最广泛的 IgG2 特异性单克隆抗体。

应用

抗人IgG2单克隆抗体可用于酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和蛋白质印迹。

生化/生理作用
