己糖激酶和葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(来自面包酵母′/酿酒酵母)可用于检测腺苷酸激酶(Adk)、突变Adk’活性。它还用于葡萄糖和ATP定量。

生化/生理作用

己糖激酶可在ATP存在下催化葡萄糖磷酸化为葡萄糖-6-磷酸,启动糖酵解途径。接着,葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶在三磷酸吡啶核苷酸(TPN)存在下催化葡萄糖-6-磷酸氧化反应。己糖激酶和葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶均可作为生化和分析研究工具,用于测定葡萄糖、果糖、甘露糖、ATP和肌酸激酶活性。
