一般描述

Hanks平衡盐溶液(HBSS)是缓冲液,与生物培养基相近,可稳定细胞。对于白细胞标签研究很有用。HBSS是牙周膜细胞的有效防腐剂。HBSS缺少必需性无机离子,可用于饥饿研究。

应用

制剂中包含的钙和镁可支持细胞粘附。用于尽量减少细胞黏附或聚集。
