一般描述
平衡盐溶液（BSS）在细胞培养中至关重要，它作为一种灌溉、运输和稀释试剂，可维持细胞内和细胞外的渗透平衡。它为细胞提供水、无机离子和正常细胞代谢所需的能量。BSS还提供了一个缓冲系统，以维持培养基的最佳pH值范围（7.2-7.6）。
