Biochem/physiol Actions

这些酶可随机裂解透明质酸、软骨素和硫酸软骨素中的 β-N-乙酰己糖胺-[1→4] 糖苷键。
透明质酸酶可降解透明质酸，并已发现可在癌症进展期间会被不适当地调节。

Other Notes

在 37 ºC、pH 5.35 条件下，一单位每分钟可降解 0.75 μg 多糖透明质酸（通过比浊吸光度测量(λ: 600nm)，与 BSA 复合 45 分钟后测量）。

Preparation Note

用3 ml M2培养基（货号M 7167或M 5910）或去离子水复溶1瓶透明质酸酶，获得10 mg/ml的储备溶液。用M2培养基稀释储备溶液，至约300 μg/ml最终工作浓度。
