General description

透明质酸酶是一种透明质酸代谢酶。它发现于蛇、蜜蜂和膜翅目的毒液中。透明质酸酶可降解透明质酸（HA），从而增强膜的通透性、降低粘度并增加组织的通透性。它可增强局麻药的扩散，减小心肌梗塞区域的尺寸，提高抗癌药的效果，并防止了自发分娩时的会阴部创伤。

Other Notes

在 37 ºC、pH 5.35 条件下，一单位每分钟可降解 0.75 μg 多糖透明质酸（通过比浊吸光度测量(λ: 600nm)，与 BSA 复合 45 分钟后测量）。

Enzymatic Assay of Hyaluronidase (3.2.1.35)

To measure hyaluronidase activity, a turbidimetric determination assay is used at 600 nm. One unit of hyaluronidase activity will cause a change in absorbance of 0.330 per minute at pH 5.35 at 37 °C.
