General description

HLA-A、HLA-B和HLA−C等HLA I类分子将内源性抗原呈递给CD8+(分化簇8)T细胞。
识别大多数人类有核细胞上表达的人类HLA I类抗原。抗体与人I类HLA分子(HLA-A,B,C)的44-45 kDa α-链多肽上的单态表位反应。该抗体可用于丙酮固定的冰冻切片和细胞涂片的免疫沉淀、补体介导细胞毒性分析、流式细胞分析和免疫组化染色。其可与非洲和亚洲猿猴以及旧大陆猴的细胞发生交叉反应。其与大多数新大陆猴或非灵长类动物的细胞均未见反应性。该抗体识别的表位对常规福尔马林固定和石蜡包埋敏感。
