抗大鼠 IgG（全分子）-FITC 抗体可用于大鼠脾细胞的免疫荧光标记。在大鼠软骨组织切片的免疫荧光应用中，使用5-10 μg/ml的浓度。在各种研究中，用于免疫荧光的抗大鼠 IgG 的稀释范围在 1:10 至 1:250 之间。该抗体还用于流式细胞术应用。
