General description
含DAPI的Fluoroshield是一种含有4′,6-二氨基-2-苯基吲哚(DAPI)的水固载介质，也是一种核反染剂，可用作蓝色荧光DNA探针。它是一种抗褪色剂，用于保存组织和细胞涂片的荧光，通过防止快速光漂白和最小化眨眼介导的现象。(1)用于原位杂交技术或其他需要DNA染色荧光的方法。DAPI的激发波长为360nm，发射波长为460nm，产生蓝色荧光。RNA也可以采用DAPI染色。
Application
Fluoroshield™封固剂（含DAPI）可用于 ：
- 用作免疫细胞化学中的复染剂，可标记神经祖细胞的细胞核
