一般描述

应用

山羊抗人 IgG（Fab 特异性）-FITC 抗体可按 1:16 - 1:32 的工作抗体稀释度用于丙酮固定的人 Hep2 细胞上的抗核抗体（ANA）测定。该抗体用于 HNE2 和 KNE2/LMP1 细胞的 FACS。它还用于进行 TARDIS 测定，以检测 K562 白血病细胞中与 DNA 共价结合的拓扑异构酶 I 和 II。

生化/生理作用

IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中最丰富的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌，存在于血液和细胞外液中，可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG可通过胎盘转移至胎儿，胎盘对新生儿免疫防御感染至关重要。FITC 与抗人 IgG（Fab 特异性）抗体的偶联可通过荧光显微镜观察蛋白质。

与小鼠和大鼠 IgG 无交叉反应。
