一般描述
FLAG M2-FITC被用于检测Flag融合蛋白。该单克隆抗体来自于小鼠，并与异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）共价结合。该抗体可识别N末端、Met N末端和C末端的FLAG序列。结合不依赖于钙。F4049是一种亲和纯化的抗体，在大多数应用中可提高灵敏度。
应用
