一般描述
IgG抗体亚型是免疫系统中含量最高的血清免疫球蛋白。它由B细胞分泌,存在于血液和细胞外液中,可防止细菌、真菌和病毒引起的感染。母体IgG可通过胎盘转移至胎儿,胎盘对新生儿免疫防御感染至关重要。小鼠IgG具有四种不同的同种型,即IgG1、IgG2a、IgG2b和IgG3。
