General description

AccuTaq™长链高保真(LA) DNA聚合酶是Taq DNA聚合酶与少量具有校对所需的3′→5′外切酶活性的聚合酶的组合。它能够扩增大于20 kb的基因组目标。这种混合物通过使用校对聚合酶来修复末端错误，增加了扩增产物的长度。该修复使聚合酶能够继续延长正在生长的DNA链。经过校对活动，最终产品大多有钝头。经过校对活动，最终产品大多为平端。
