一般描述

Taq DNA聚合酶是一种从嗜热菌水生栖热菌（ Thermus aquaticus）衍生的特殊热稳定酶。这种酶采用重组形式，在大肠杆菌中表达。可以耐受反复加热至95 °C而不出现明显活性损失。每批Taq DNA聚合酶检测PCR扩增和双链测序。
