The delta A412/min (sample) stands for the average increase in value per min of the OD over a 4 minute period. The delta A412/min (1 nmole) can be calculated by regression analysis of the points of the standard curve. The standard curve should be obtained by plotting a graph of delta A412/min versus nmole GSH.
Is Product CS0260, Glutathione Assay Kit, for determination of reduced glutathione, oxidized glutathione, or both?
This kit is designed to measure total glutathione. The glutathione reductase included in the kit will reduce oxidized glutathione present in the sample.
