分析说明
谷胱甘肽定量试剂盒包含谷胱甘肽掩蔽剂。通过测定DTNB(’5,5-二硫代(2-硝基苯甲酸))与酶循环系统的比色反应获得的吸收(λmax = 412 nm)，从而实现了样品中的GSSG检测。 谷胱甘肽的总量可由谷胱甘肽的总量减去谷胱甘肽的总量来测定。
